Shower leaking on to landing, int wall prob need replaced, shower prob need taken out, put back in in Leuchars

Job description:shower appears to be leaking through wall on to landing. wall and floor approx 8inches out from wall sodden and black. think wall will need to be re plastered therefore shower will have to come out and be retiled etc. should be able to make this an insurance job
