Job description:Cracked waste pipe is from the basin in the bathroom which is contacted to the waste down pipe on the outside of the house. The pipe is located above the conservatory with limited access, so there is a requirement for scaffolding to access the pipe. There is also a leak into the house, obviously the cracked pipe is causing this, however, it is unknown due to the limited access.
