Job description:I am on the top floor (2nd floor) flat. the bathroom is in relatively good condition but i would like to bring it up to date. I have a combi boiler and have been told i will not need a pump for the power shower. the bidet has a pipe running through into the loft of the flat below me so i would like the pipe cut from the outside meaning access to the below flat. The sink and WC units are straight swaps with the old units so no -re-routing required
