Job description:We have two galvanised water tanks in the loft, which are rusting and need to be replaced. It is a mystery how they were installed, because they seem to be too big for the hole they came in through, so they'll need to be cut down before they can be taken out. They serve 3 or 4 flats so water supply cannot be interrupted for more than a day. We reckon we'll need two 100gallon plastic tanks to be installed in their place. Because of the flats, any tradesman would be asked to show evidence of insurance of £5m minimum before starting work.
