Rectify temperature of Mira Excel Thermostatic Mixer in Surbiton Hill

Job description:The Mixer has recently be installed. We are unable to obtain a constant warm temperature, the water is either buring hot or cold. We have looked at rotating the temperature hub, as per the instruction book, but this hasn't rectified the problem.
