Bathroom leak. Not sure where under bath but only when shower tap is used. in Cleveleys Park

Job description:The leak is coming down through ceiling in living room. The bath can be filled and let go without any problems, but use of a shower tap causes a leak. Cannot find the leak as it's all under the bath somewhere. Maybe covered by insurance depends on what the cause is.
