Repair leaking pipe from cold water tap on the bath ? replacement stopcock in Liscard

Job description:The cold water tap on the bath is loose and there is a leak from the pipe attatched to it. Also we may need a replacement stopcock as when it was previosuly turned off and then back on by a plumber from an earlier job it began to leak. We called them back out and they managed to turn valve off but said it was old and we have not tried to turn the water off again since.
