? need pump fitting to gravity fed boiler have no hot water but hot radiatiors? in Frankby and Irby

Job description:We have a conventional boiler with hot water tank in bathroom and coldwater tank above it, i am told it is a gravity fed system and that the reason we are getting no hot water is the isn't enough force to push the hot water through the tank and we may need a pump fitting or a y system? the radiators hpwever do get hot but i'm told this runs on a seperate system. please help.
