Job description:I have been advised by insurance to get quote, should we make claim or not. Underneath the shower tray, the tiles became loose and we had a look behind the tiles. The wood supporting the shower tray has gone black, as it is wet. We think there is a leak somewhere in the shower, maybe through the glass door or "not water-tight enough" sealant/grout between tiles. It is definitely needed for repair.
