Job description:1) Replace wooden barge boards at front & rear of house with like. 2) Cement in all ridge tiles. 3) Replace dissused vent ridge tile with standard ridge tile. 4) Clean gutters & sort leaks. 5) Sort tiles at soil stack to prevent nesting birds. 6) Fit upvc edging to exposed edge of tiles front, back & on porch. Scaffolding may be required at rear of house due to position of conservatory.
