Job description:Old flat roof does not leak and is not cracked, but could benefit from additional sealing. I understand there are compounds which can be applied and come with 30 year guarantee ? Small pitched roof needs a few slates refixing. Sloping edge of pitch needs repair. Wooden facings at top of walls need replacing.
