Job description:This is an inspection and repair of a slate roof of a 2 storey a Victorian semi villa. there appears to be water coming in around the now unused chimney stack, and we have at least one slate down. access is simple as we have garden ground to the side but the house is quite tall and roof pitch steep. we intend our budget should cover all the expense of the repair, but should unforeseen problems arise, then we will have to be flexible.
