Job description:Property is unlisted, 4 stories, built c. 1850. Present guttering and drainpipes are probably original, black painted iron, badly in need of repair. Would prefer to use modern materials matching the original look. There are three straight downpipes from roof to ground, and two that turn a few corners on the way down, but we will be open to suggestions for rationalising this arrangement. Strongly recommend visiting before quoting.
