Approx 250 sq ft flat roof. Replace asphalt roof with EPDM membrane in Drayton

Job description:Existing flat roof (approx 21ft by 12 ft) over kitchen and utility room. Drains to north (long) side. South (long) side overhung by thatched roof. East side meets tiled roof. West side open. Have discussed with thatcher who would remove thatch so that there is good access for roofing beneath thatch to get a good overhang. Access to work site requires going through house - this should not be a problem. Roof is to a ground floor room so ladder access should be OK. Existing flat roof is asphalt system with chippings. It is OK but recently repaired and we feel it should be replaced. We want to use something with a longer life and the presence of thatch means no blow torches! Believe an EPDM system would suit well.
