Job description:Water leakage from around gas boiler vent(pipe) protruding through roof.Leak needs sealing withsealant around where the pipe comes through roof. Would need assessment on whether tower is needed to gain access to slanted roof on one side, 2nd storey property above shops, or from a first floor balcony on the other side to fit seal.
