Job description:3 bedroom log cabin with felt roof (not a flat roof) that needs recovered. Also require soffits, guttering & rainwater pipes replaced. Would like some form of insulation under felt if that is possible. Require detailed estimate inclusive of VAT in order to apply for a Council repair grant.
