Replace gutters & fascias on large semi-detached house in Amersham Town

Job description:29 meters of black plastic guttering with white plastic fascia - all needs replacing, also two downpipes. Scaffolding needed down side of house from neighbour's flat roof - also over conservatory using 'attached' neighbour's flat roof. Would also like moss cleared from roof and roof sealed, but please could this be quoted separately? Thanks.
