Job description:We are on an end terrace with an exposed gable end. We have excessive damp with mould appearing on the walls, the worst of the problem is on the wall which is exposed, although it is beginning to show in some places on the walls at the front of the house. We suspect it is coming from a leak in the roof, rather than penetrating through the brick walls, but would like a professional opinion and for the damp/mould problem to be treated.
