Job description:Scaffold front & back,
Strip off ridge tiles & slates,
Re-lath & felt using breathable felts,
While the slates are off, fit a velux window (labour only),
Re-slate with original slates,
Re-bed the ridge tiles back on,
Patch point the chimneys if required,
Remove all rubbish.
