Job description:chimney inspection for leak An unused chimney is getting very wet. There are pots on the top of the chimney which are capped so I expect there is some missing masonary or gap somewhere up there.. The house is 100 years old - was refurbished about 10 years ago. ladder required for inpection (2 storey house - access via nighbours drive).
