Job description:1) Hip 1 off left hand side of roof (as viwed from road):- remove 5 off hip tiles that are still there and stack for reuse. Supply and fix 7 off matching hip tiles (to replace missing ones) bedded in sand and cement morter. 2) Hip - 1 off - Right hand side of roof:- Remove 12 off loose hips re-bed in sand and mortar. 3) Re-point 2 verges with sand and cement mortar The property is 3 stories high and will probably need to be scaffolded.
