Job description:We have a small protruding area at the front of the house. It is 250cm x 60cm in size and is a flat roof. It leaks and enters the front toilet and the celing looks like it is damaged. The roofing needs to be fixed and the surrounding wood frame needs stripping and repainting to waterproof it. The inside toilet may need a small area replastering and painted if water damage is high. thanks, regards
