Job description:I am in the process of purchasing a property and require a reputable contractor to inspect the valley gutter on the house, particularly concealed areas of the roof.
It is thought there may be drainage problems with this gutter which are causing damp in the house.
The house is semi detached and has 2 bedrooms & 2 receptions.
