Job description:I have a property in Barnstaple, North Devon. It has been empty for 3/4months and before that it had squatters in ! The roof is tiled and felted but there are three area in the house that are leaking. One is a particulary bad leak and has come through the roof and through the floor of the bathroom - i think it is water getting under the lead flashing ! I would like a visit and a quote and the work to be done as soon as possible - Thanks
