Job description:Flat roof over kitchen / diner (converted from garage) on side of original property. Requirement is for new felt roof, replacement of existing felt flashing with lead flashing, and amendment to existing down-pipe from house roof to enable run-off to avoid direct discharge onto flat roof. Roof has two 'false' pitches, at front and rear, and limited access from side (as adjacent to neighbour's boundary fence) so expect ladders / scaffolding will be required.
