Old tiles beginning to slip down/need to re-morter in Seer Green

Job description:House built in 1930 with large continental tiled roof. The bottom of part of the roof in one area is beginning to slip down and clearly the tiles need to be refixed in place with new cement at the bottom. Hope and believe it is a relatively small job but will require accessing by scaffolding tower or cherry-picker.
