Job description:3 storey Townhouse terraced, Flashing on the left hand side, front and back of staggered terrace is leaving water marks on the walls inside the rooms. Ridge tiles around the boiler flume need repointing ? I realise you have ventilated ridge tiles but I can hear the rain water coming in.
