Job description:Three storey house. I believe the ridge tiles need re-pointing. The missing patches of felt are probably 2 x 1m square appro in size, but i would like confirmation that the felt is a relevant factor as i am aware that not all roofs have felt as a second membrane. I would like a "Cause of Damage" report please and a detailed written quotation. While you are there i would like you to give me a report on the condition of the flashing. Treat this as a separate job. Thank you.
