Job description:I have the following roof-related issues with our "1901", fairly tall 5-bed house, that need attention (or quotes) asap please. I've arranged them in what I think is the order of urgency...: 1) Roof guttering at rear needs part replacement (leaks and drips); 2) Porch guttering at front needs part replacement (leaks and drips); 3) 2 or 3 slipped roof tiles that need fixing (occasional leak in rear bedroom may be related); 4) Flat garage roof edges need attention (rain drips over edge into garage) - quote or advice required. 5) Utility roof at rear needs attention (leak) - also needs quote for re-roofing this along with new Velux to replace existing fitting; 6) Loose tiles on fascia above 2nd floor front bedroom need fixing; 7) Missing finial off roof (suspect previous roofer took it!) needs quote for replacement; Many thanks, TimW.
