To cap / seal a chimney. in Erdington

Job description:The chimney stack ws removed several years ago from the ground floor, prior to purchase of the property. the rear chimney, when the rain is hard and the wind is in the right direction, is now leaking onto the ceiling below. I have had an airbrick put in to help dry the chimney, but it appears that the chimney actually needs to be capped to stop the drips once and for all. it is a rear chimney.
