Job description:We are purchasing a property. The full structural survey has identified the following: 1. Mortar bedding and pointing to the ridge tiles is deteriorating. 2. Part of the fire separating walls have been demolished or are missing (the property is terraced). 3. An assessment of insulation and ventilation needs to be carried out. 4. The rear chimney apron flashinngs/tile inserts are missing and require renewal. An opinion on the roof condition in general would be appreciated.
