Leaks in first floor rooms in Ladywood

Job description:I have leaks in my front room on the first floor. Only get them sometimes and usually when heavy rain. There doesn't seem to be a problem in the attic room above. However, it seems to be coming from the roof/guttering. Also, the guttering at the rear doesn't seem to be coping with the water and it's dripping down the walls.
