Repair flashing around flue pipe on roof in Northfield

Job description:Just bought the property and there seems to be something wrong with the lead flashing around the gas fire flue pipe on the roof of the house. I think it just needs resealing. I went up into the loft and the previous owner has attempted to fix the problem with bin bags and gaffa tape- I would like something a little more permanent! I can send pictures from inside the loft if needed. Thanks
