Job description:I am the landlord of a property in Dale Rd, Selly Oak. The tenants have complained of water dripping down one of the walls in the top bedroom. We're not sure if it is our guttering or what is causing the problem. We need to someone to get up there and check. Our tenants are very reliable and flexible and we would give you their number to arrange a convenient time to go round.
