Roof & loft wall work in Tyburn

Job description:ello! The underside of the roof tiles are visible in the loft and affixed with mortar, which is now crumbling. Also, brickwork on the loft wall adjoining the neighbours house (we are semi-detached) requires attention. I would like an honest assessment of the roof/brickwork and advice on possible remedial works - probably with a view to roof re-tiling/mortaring - better insulation, and possible repointing on the wall.
