Job description:(1) check clay tile roof on 100 year old house which is three stories high & report current status with recommendations (2) carry out any work required & requested by us to the roof with regard to the clay tiles We noted some slipping and broken tiles. We need someone experienced in clay tiles on old houses. We have been advised that there is NO chimney repair work.
