Remove and replace existing felt flat roof in Wilpshire

Job description:The roof is for a garage with a small extension at the rear . The garage is external from the house but built onto the house side (bungalow). The combined area of the roof is aprox 30 by 13 ft. The garage roof butts up against the house wall. The garage roof is made of plywood and the extension roof is made of chip board. There has been slight leakage through the felt but the garage roof boards look in good condition. The roof boards (chip board) for the extension also look good except one panel has been showing signs of dampness.
