Repair leak to Roof and paint flashing in Greenlands

Job description:there is a small but relentless leak coming from a channel where an apex roof sticks out of the main roof. Entry point can be seen from loft running down a joist ending up in front bedroom. One or two ridge tiles need pointing. Plastic guttering need clipping back in to place near down pipe on front right hand corner. Flashing over the garage and over the downstairs bay needs painting and sealing as it has all gone discoulred
