PLUMBING REPAIR AND ROOF INSPECTION in Marton

Job description:Water leaking in at front bay window where ceiling meets window frame. Appears to be 'pooling' somewhere as the leak will start suddenly by pouring through for a few seconds and then continues to drip through until rain stops. Roof is tiled, no obvious reason for the water to be seeping through ie no broken tiles and flashing looks OK. Will need a ladder as my step ladder is a bit too short to allow through inspection of the roof.
