Job description:Guttering and drainpipes have been neglected for a few years. Guttering needs cleaning out and repair in at least 3 places. Drain pipe separated from guttering in one place. Mortar on edge of roof is crumbling and falling out and facia boards split in at least one place. I'm looking initially to repair as cheaply as possible but may consider complete overhaul depending on price. It's a 4 bed semi.
