Roof repairs to Standen Manor in Egerton

Job description:Large Velux needs removing, new flashing kit fitting and replacing. 25-30 broken tiles replacing (new tiles on site). New lead needed to two gulleys. Area of approx. 200 tiles removing, re-battening and re-felting and tiles re-fitted. Couple of other minor jobs. We are experienced developers and our own roofer is tied up until mid-January but we need this doing ASAP. We know what needs doing, how long it will take and what it should cost. Cowboys used to offering inflated quotes and 'discovering' new, unnecessary work need not apply, you'll just be wasting your own and our time. Genuine tradesmen welcome! Cheers.
