Job description:Bad weather has resulted in water now entering the roof through the tiles, which has then resulted in water coming through to the bathroom below. The felt near the ridge line is also in need of replacement (property is a maisonnette, so will require scaffolding to reach the roof). My insurance company have asked me for two quotes to have the tiles/felt repaired.
