Job description:leak on flat roof leaking into living room. drips badly only undr heavy rain. poss need for scaffold to acess flat roof as is on 2nd floor attic flat. leak on vent pipe at rear of building. under heavy rain leak seems to be leaking down wall into 1st floor flat.
