Job description:this is a pitched roof single ridge, no hips or valleys, and there are two vellux windows, and a chimney which may need pointing. Its slatted over the top of old rotten felt straight onto a boarded roof. the building is 3 storeys and an end of terrace . so scaffolding is prob. required. The building is approx. 17m x4 and an approx pitch of 45 deg. Due to the age the nails securing the slates are badly rusted and giving way. causing a number of slates to fall.
