Job description:Hello. Our decorator has recently said to us that our flat roofing is wearing thin. He has offered to cover over the existing felt with another layer of felt. I am seeking a second opinion as the roof was reboarded and felted about 14 years ago and is not currently leaking. He wants to charge around £3000 for the work. Can anyone help please? Thanking you in advance.
