Job description:Roof: 1. All three chimneys to have new lead, back gutter and front apron, soakers and step flashing. 2. New lead soakers on both dormers. 3. New lead saddle on soil pipe at rear of property. 4. To replace tiles and three bonnets on front lower roof 5. Tiles replaced and verge repaired on front main roof. 6. Repairs to porch and tile hanging. 7. Replace tiles on outhouse old toilet. 8. Refit eaves on main roof. 9. Replace valley and tiles on left side of main roof. 10. Repair spalled bricks on chimneys. Guttering and down pipes: 1. Take down all old guttering and down pipes and replace with new – specification to be confirmed. Other brickwork: 1. Repair spalled bricks on left hand side of house
