Re-roof / re-tile old style detached house in West Southbourne

Job description:Will require full scaffold (easy to access all sides of house to do so.) Tiles are now circa 100yrs old so have come to end of life :) Requires removal of tiles Re-felt & baton Re-tile with appropriate older style tile This is for a property I am currently purchasing with completion set at end of October 08. I have had a full building survey that has indicated the roof needs doing. I need ball park quotes ASAP to get an idea of whether I can get some contribution from the vendor. I suggest the quickest option is for you to drive past & see what the property is as it's easily viewable from the road. This shoudl give you enough info for a ball park price bracket to help me move forward. The vendor does currently occupy the property so an appointment can be arranged at a later stage to get accurate quote for work & investigate further, or I will be in posession of the property so appointments will be easier. Ball parks are fine for now, soon as poss please :)
