Job description:re-slate of entire pitched roof with 2 x dormers, removal of 1 chimney stack, new pitched roof to storm porch, fascias and soffits new in pvc, all lead work to be included, remove and reset front elevation vertical terra-cotta tile cladding over bay windows, also 1st floor remove rendering and re-render, 3 x elevations at GF level to be re-pointed, scaffolding required.
