Job description:Property is built on a right angle due to two story extension. The wooden guttering does not meet in the corner so the water is running down the lead flashing channel on the roof and down the wall. It is entering the property and running down the inside cavity and the internal walls are extremely damp. The property is pre 1900 and so need to be wooden gutterings (as are property's attached)
