Job description:In summary, this job involves the removing of decking from an outside balcony, waterproofing and sealing the area, then relaying either the same or new decking. In detail, we imagine that this will involve: 1. Stripping of the existing decking to balcony area and disposal; 2. Stripping of the damaged felt and plywood and disposal; 3. Stripping of the old lead flashings and disposal; 4. Relaying new plywood; 5. Painting with water sealant; 6. Relaying new decking and relaying new lead flashings to surround decking area.
